This Privacy Policy explains how PDFmyImages ("we", "our", "the site") handles information when you use our website and tools.
1. How the Tools Work
Every tool on PDFmyImages (Image to PDF, PDF to Image, Merge PDF, Split PDF, Compress PDF, Image to JPG, JPG ⇄ JPEG and Image Compressor) runs entirely in your web browser. When you select or drop files into a tool, they are processed locally on your device using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored by us, and never transmitted anywhere. Once you close or refresh the page, the files and results are gone from memory.
2. Information We Collect
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect the images or files you convert. However, like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as:
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- General location (country/city level) inferred from IP address
- Referring website (the page that linked you here)
- IP address and request details recorded in standard hosting server logs
This information is collected through standard analytics and advertising tools described below, and is used only in aggregate to understand site usage and improve the service.
3. Cookies and Advertising

Note that the JavaScript libraries the tools need (jsPDF, pdf-lib, PDF.js and JSZip) are loaded from cdnjs, so your IP address and browser details are visible to that service when a page loads:

5. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Data Security
Since your images are processed entirely in your browser and never leave your device, there is no server-side storage of your files for us to secure or lose. Standard web security practices (HTTPS) are used to protect the delivery of this site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
